The Mind's Knowledge is Always in Duality Attention is the mind.  

It is not possible to give attention to something that has no objective qualities. Rupert Spira speaks about mind, attention and the separate self. Minds knowladge is always in duality. In order to pay attention to a finite object, you must first imagine yourself to be a finite subject. The mind can only know in subject object relationship.
